However, OpenAI says it is now allowing \u201conly narrow protections covering legitimate security information, trade secrets, or proprietary or competitively sensitive information.\u201d In October, Amazon announced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/1003929\/amazon-ai-data-center-blog-warning\">it would<\/a> no longer use NDAs with government agencies it works with on data center projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">OpenAI\u2019s additional commitments include paying \u201cthe full cost\u201d of electricity it uses and the \u201cinfrastructure needed to serve us.\u201d It will make opportunities for local communities by publishing the jobs it expects to create and by reporting on hiring.
