Have you watched Love on the Spectrum<\/a>? Season four came out this spring, and the couples\u2019 dating stories are more heartwarming and beautiful than ever. Freddie<\/a> and I watched a couple episodes last night and were both moved to tears.<\/p>\n

My fashion friends swear by about Thigh Society\u2019s slip shorts<\/a> for preventing thigh chafe and wicking away sweat. (Remember Kelsey\u2019s week of outfits<\/a>?) Now that the weather\u2019s warming up, I also like wearing the cooling shorts<\/a> under dresses and skirts, so I can climb around playgrounds, read on picnic blankets, and ride bikes without constantly tugging down my skirt. Bonus: They also have a cargo version<\/a> with pockets!<\/p>\n

\"John<\/p>\n

Designer John Derian<\/a> displays big branches and tall stems on his entryway table. \u201cThe ceilings are very low, and it\u2019s fun to play with scale,\u201d he once told me. \u201cI like how you can hit the ceiling with an arrangement of flowers.\u201d (Here\u2019s his amazing house tour<\/a>, if you\u2019re in the mood.)<\/p>\n

Finally, I maaaay have mentioned this before (lol) but I\u2019m incredibly loyal to R\u00d5Z haircare<\/a>. Their shampoo and conditioner set<\/a> makes my hair feel soft and healthy, and I smooth on the Milk Hair Serum<\/a> every morning before letting my hair air dry. (I\u2019ve also recently been using Santa Lucia Styling Oil<\/a> to tame frizz on humid days.)
