We are officially four days into summer, and the boys have already devoured lime, mango, and strawberry popsicles. (In for a penny, in for a pound, as my dad always says.) I\u2019ve also been noticing fun street style \u2014 including bright colors<\/a> and glossy nails<\/a> \u2014 and here are a few outfit combos to consider as the weather warms up\u2026<\/p>\n

1. Blue stripes + white pants = the forever Cup of Jo uniform. I love these stripes<\/a> and linen pants<\/a> with patch pockets, along with fun accessories, like a mesh bag <\/a>or jelly slides<\/a> (plus, a bonus for all readers: Get 20% off at Anthro with code JOANNA20).<\/p>\n

2. White tee + block-print pants. Block prints, like this green<\/a> and pink<\/a>, feel so breezy and cool all summer. And how cute is this red and navy combo<\/a>?<\/p>\n

3. Black and white dress = effortlessly chic for romantic dinners and trips. Loving these three: silk<\/a>, gingham<\/a>, square neck<\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. White top + white bottom. Soooo pretty, especially with pintuck details<\/a> and strappy sandals<\/a> that wrap up your ankles. Here\u2019s the skirt<\/a> and shorts<\/a> (JOANNA20 gets you 20% off at Anthro).<\/p>\n

5. Scallops + flip flops = a playful mix of feminine and sporty. (mini skirt<\/a>; midi skirt<\/a>)<\/p>\n

6. Actually, flip flops with\u2026everything. I keep spotting these sleek ones<\/a> on women around town, and apparently they have a padded footbed for comfort on long walks and adventures. I\u2019ve had great luck with this easy $34 pair<\/a>, too.<\/p>\n
