In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28483528-spacexai-v-harwood\/\">a lawsuit<\/a> reported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/litigation\/musks-xai-sues-grok-user-over-sexualized-deepfakes-2026-07-15\/\">earlier by <em>Reuters<\/em><\/a>, xAI claims Terry Wayne Harwood \u201cknowingly and intentionally used Grok to circumvent safeguards, alter nonconsensual images, and generate and distribute CSAM,\u201d breaching the company\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">Harwood <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scag.gov\/about-the-office\/news\/four-upstate-men-arrested-on-child-sexual-abuse-material-charges\/\">was arrested<\/a> in February for allegedly possessing and distributing CSAM and is facing eight felony charges.
