The terms of Midjourney\u2019s deal, which reportedly closed in spring, haven\u2019t been disclosed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">Midjourney founder David Holz says Co-Star founder Banu Guler will stay in charge of the app following the acquisition. At the same time, Guler will also take on the role of Midjourney\u2019s chief design officer, according to <em>Bloomberg<\/em>. Holz told the outlet that Guler and her team will help Midjourney build the company\u2019s first apps, including one dedicated to image generation.
