Meta says your recommendations \u201crespond right away\u201d after you make updates using the new feature by hitting \u201cinterested\u201d or \u201cnot interested\u201d for different topics. Your Algorithm previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/947898\/meta-instagram-your-algorithm-main-feed-tell\">launched on Instagram<\/a> earlier this year, and Meta also launched a similar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/876610\/meta-threads-dear-algo-algorithm\">\u201cDear Algo\u201d<\/a> feature on Threads.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">Facebook users will be able to access Your Algorithm or select \u201cinterested\u201d or \u201cnot interested\u201d from the three dots menu on individual posts. The \u201cinterested\u201d and \u201cnot interested\u201d buttons may also appear under posts, and Meta says it \u201cmay ask follow up questions for more detail on what you liked or disliked. You can easily tell us, in your own words, what you want to see more or less of, and your recommendations will update in real time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">The new feature is part of a set of \u201cAI-powered\u201d tools Meta says it\u2019s using to customize what users see on Facebook. It also says it\u2019s using LLMs more in its ranking systems: \u201cLLMs can incorporate the interests, context, and intent behind natural language, unlocking an algorithm you can actually talk to.
