This may be a controversial opinion, but I could take or leave most of the Starbucks fall drinks. Starbucks holiday drinks, on the other hand? You better bet when the holiday menu is available in stores, I’m the first person in line, feigning for a festive cup of coffee. That cherished time is near, because Starbucks just announced its complete holiday menu for 2026. And while it includes two brand-new drinks, Starbucks devotees are disappointed to find two fan-favorite beverages missing from the menu.

Here’s what’s on the Starbucks holiday menu for 2026, including returning beloved beverages (hello, Peppermint Mocha) and new additions to both the food and drink lineups.

When do Starbucks holiday drinks come out?

The Starbucks holiday drinks officially hit stores on Thursday, November 5. That means we have less than a month to wait to get our hands on that coveted Caramel Brûlée Latte we pine for all year long.

Every new Starbucks holiday drink for 2026

The Starbucks holiday menu for 2026 includes returning classics like the Peppermint Mocha, Sugar Cookie Latte, Gingerbread Chai, and Caramel Brûlée Latte (my personal favorite). Plus, two brand-new drinks are up for grabs: the Tiramisu Velvet Latte and the Apple Pomegranate Refresher.

If your favorite dessert is the classic Italian delicacy, this one’s for you. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte is available hot or iced and there’s even an iced coffee option. All three versions of the drink are topped with velvet mascarpone cold foam and sprinkled with cocoa and coffee dusting. Dessert for breakfast, anyone?

Next up, we’ve got the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, a bright green drink that’s giving Grinch. It features crisp apple flavors with pops of pomegranate, thanks to its flavored pearls, which look like festive cranberries, IMO. If you prefer a creamier beverage, opt for the Snowy Apple version, which is made with coconut milk.

What’s missing from the Starbucks holiday menu this year?

Okay, onto the outrage. Sadly, for the second year in a row, the beloved Chestnut Praline Latte is nowhere to be found on the Starbucks holiday drink menu for 2026. Likewise, the nostalgic and rich Egg Nog Latte is missing from the menu.

Fans were quick to share their frustration in the comments section of Starbucks’ announcement post, with several users echoing calls to “bring back chestnut praline!” One even went so far as to declare their holiday season “ruined” without their favorite drink. Others deemed the decision to nix the beloved beverage “criminal” and compared it to removing the Pumpkin Spice Latte from the Starbucks fall menu.

Inside the bakery case, you’ll of course find classic treats like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, and the Snowman Cookie. Plus, Starbucks is debuting a brand-new treat, the Bearista Cake Pop—but it’s only up for grabs for a limited time. New to the 2026 food menu are two hearty sandwiches: the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich, featuring a new recipe.
