In fact, according to Edubirdie<\/a>, 36 percent of women say that astrology showed them their strengths and weaknesses in the workplace, and some even credit the stars with landing their dream job or pushing them to quit a job<\/a> they hated.<\/p>\n Whether it\u2019s using Mercury retrograde<\/a> as a reason to pause before signing a contract or looking to the stars for insight into their ideal work style, Gen-Zers are bringing astrology into conversations that have traditionally belonged to career coaches, mentors, and personality assessments.
