Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale got its reputation for being the sale of the year for one major reason: Everything that’s discounted is a brand-new arrival or an already-existing favorite. It doesn’t include sifting through racks of last season’s pieces picking things up that you won’t be able to wear until next year. Instead, it’s next season’s pieces—from top brands like Adidas, Veronica Beard, UGG, and Vince—that were all just released. This means that you can get next season’s must-haves now. And, you can get them all at a price way below what you’d expect to pay for of-the-moment items.
This year’s sale is rapidly approaching. So we’re already adding the pieces we’re hoping to snag to our wish lists and considering it Christmas in July. Here’s everything to know about the 2026 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.
When is the 2026 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
Nordstrom credit card members get early access to the sale starting at 12:01 a.m. EST on July 14, 2026. For non-card members, the sale runs July 18-August 9, 2026. Once it is live, the sale is in preview mode for everyone. So you can start to build your wishlist no matter what tier you fall under.
Anyone can preview the sale online, but you have to be a Nordstrom credit card holder to make a purchase during early access. Cardholders get tiered access to the sale based on their “level”—basically, how much they spend on their Nordstrom credit card.
- Icon Level – Access July 14
- Ambassador Level – Access July 15
- Influencer Level – Access July 16
- Open to everyone – July 18
Not a cardmember? You can sign up now to automatically become the Influencer level, giving you access to this year’s sale on July 16. If you are a card member but are unsure of your “level,” sign into your Nordstrom account here.
How can I shop the Nordstrom Sale?
Sale items are available both online and at your closest Nordstrom store. You’ll be able to shop both ways on the date the sale opens to you.
One of the best ways to make sure you snag the items you want is to log in to your Nordstrom account online, peruse the preview, then add the items you’re interested in to your wish list (you’ll see the button beneath the description). This way, you can log on the day the sale begins for you and have everything you’re interested in in your cart and ready to go.
Unlike sales past, you now can add sold-out items to your wish list. This means that, in the event something you want sells out and comes back in stock (which they often do), you’ll have it queued up in your cart. You can also now add backordered pieces to your wish list and receive a notification via the Nordstrom App when it comes back in stock.

Coats, tops, boots, bras, activewear, home items—and all from brands we love, like Good American, AllSaints, Vince, and more. The sale is available for women, men, kids, beauty, and home, which means you’ll be able to find just about anything you’ve been on the hunt for, from timeless classics to trendy pieces that you’ll be seeing everywhere this upcoming fall.
